Your natal chart is an energyprint of the moment when your soul-shape moved through the horizon and on to this planet.

Resonance exists to help you uncover your energyprint, and unlimit your full potential.

We do this by exploring your personal astrology in expansive and embodied ways.

I love symbolic language, and it will be speaking to us the whole time.

As your coach and guide, I’ll initially help you deepen into the characteristics, themes, and stories in your natal chart. The more familiar you are with your astrological makeup, the more in-tune you can feel, live, and be.

Then we’ll attune to how and when the transit astrology (the current positions and movements of the planets) activates you personally.

What stories are surfacing?

What themes deserve your attention?

What energies are influencing different parts of your life, and how?

It’s an adapting, rhythmic and bespoke 1:1 experience where the centre of gravity is you.

No prior knowledge of astrology is needed.

I can mentor as much or as little as you’d like. Accessibility is key.

For those who are ultra curious, or who want to go beyond astrology, you’ll have the option to work with other wisdom systems.

From these, I’ll weave-in additional themes and provocation to further expand your self-inquiry.

I offer this because I’ve found, on my personal path, that these ancient practices have taught me so much about myself, my inner-verse, and my most authentic expression.

This is a highly intuitive and multi-layered approach shared in a safe, straightforward and understandable way.

In Resonance, we approach your natal chart like a skymap, studying your individual typogoraphy and venturing across your personal terrain, with the astrology as our waypoints.

To reiterate: You don’t need any prior knowledge of your birth chart, or any kind of astrology, or any of the other systems I’ve mentioned.

My next cohort begins in late March 2024.

Timing: We will open after the Spring Equinox on 20 March, and complete by 31 October 2024.

Flow: 6 or 12 x 80-minute coaching conversations at a cadence that suits you.

There are some examples below. If you opt for the package of 3 x sessions I’d recommend either monthly or every other month.

Connection: You’ll be part of a coaching cohort of no more than 18 hearts, (12-15 can be ideal), with opportunities to connect in workshops and events.

Expansion Workshops: 1-2 hour workshops with practitioners who are powerful creators and respected leaders in their respective fields. This year’s roster is nearly confirmed! I’ll share more soon.

Optional Extras: Intuitive voicenotes from me; self-inquiry guidance; a toolkit of templates, frameworks and worksheets; pre-recorded materials and practices; integration guidance.

Resonance is a bespoke, grace-filled, and differentiated coaching experience.

And I’m super proud of it.

I update it every season so that it’s a fuller and richer experience each time.

Though I have countless tools that I’ve developed, adapted, and borrowed throughout my career, it’s not about ‘rolling them out’, or fitting things into a framework. The true value is how Resonance revolves around you.

It’s been a genuine gift to guide people as they’ve attuned and aligned in this way.

Our exchange is an energetic one.

This exchange includes (but isn’t limited to) the commitment of my energy, care, expertise, my full attention, intuition, and dependability.

And reciprocally, it requires your time and energy, your self-commitment, courage, curiosity, presence, and your resources.

Financial investment: Below is what I consider fair value for each Resonance package. Amounts include all of the features and materials I’ve listed on this page.

For the first time this year I’m offering a package of 3 x sessions. This can be an introductory option for those who want a taster, or a ‘top-up’ for people who have worked with me recently.

How it can feel

Resonance is a bespoke, organic and adaptive flow attuned to your personal astrology. There isn’t a pre-defined course schedule or set of modules.

Below I share examples of the kind of conversations and explorations that can take place in Resonance, so you have a sense. And sometimes they happen in this order, sometimes they don’t. As I say, it’s a flow.

  • If you’re new to astrology, a lil’ rusty, or appreciate a different perspective, this will be our starting point.

    This is a recorded Zoom call where we weave with the key themes and stories in your chart.

    After this session, I’ll create your ‘energyprint’ report which summarises the energies in your natal chart with the option for other components (see below).

  • A Solar Return is when the Sun returns exactly to where it was when you were born. This chart-type points to the key themes that are coming-up for you after your next birthday.

    I offer this session if your birthday is within the Resonance timeframe (or just before). If not, we’ll do your ‘year ahead’ instead.

  • In this session we’ll explore how the transit astrology (a zodiacal year March 2024 to February 2025) will influence and affect your natal chart. We’ll mainly focus on powerful transits so you can save the dates in your diary :)

    PS. This isn’t about being predictive or deterministic, it’s about being self-aware of how you respond to happenings in your life through the lens of astrology.

  • Looking ahead at the astrology I will highlight the big transits that are going to line-up with the planets, angles and objects in your natal chart.

    Together we’ll explore the potential challenges and gifts this astro-activity presents.

    This includes zooming-in on any other Returns you may have that fall within the Resonance timeframe (e.g. a Venus Return or Saturn Return).

  • One of the other wisdom systems I use to expand your Resonance experience is Aura Soma, a world of energy, colour and crystals.

    I’ll prepare the colour sequence that aligns with your natal chart, summarising the sensory profile, personality traits and life meanings linked to each colour.

    There’s an option to have your colours included in your ‘energyprint’ report.

  • I work with Human Design, and I’m increasingly introducing Gene Keys into my work too.

    If you’re a Projector (hey 👋 ) in the HD system we will spend some time with your design to explore how it aligns with your astrology.

  • The constellations are myths and legends outlined by stars.

    This ancient artform has expanded my own healing path, and I love sharing it with others who are open to sky language.

    Once we’re familiar with your chart, there’s an option to invite in ‘cosmythology’ and story medicine to enrich your Resonance experience.

  • This self-healing stuff can be deep and intense at times, and practices of sacred rest can help us process and integrate whatever comes to the surface.

    I often share my training in Yoga Nidra and Sound Healing through restorative practice and key resources, designed to support your whole process.

Will this page ever stop!? 😂 haha!

  • Nope! You can be a total newbie or a seasoned stargazer. Everyone is welcome, I only ask that you have a curious mind and a trusting heart.

  • This is not ‘predictive astrology’ or foretelling the future. I don’t believe astrology is deterministic.

    Rather it presents us with patterns and possibilities / challenges and gifts / inspiration and provocation.

    For those who are familiar, I primarily work with Western, Tropical and Placidus. Though I may reference Hellenistic, Sidereal, Heliocentric, Evolutionary and Whole Sign as part of an expanded approach. If you’re keen on one in particular let me know. I understand this might be a bit marmite for some.

  • I typically offer packages of 6 or 12 sessions, and this year I’m offering a package of 3 sessions too.

    The investment is:
    3 x sessions = £450
    6 x sessions = £900
    12 x sessions = £1800

  • Yes and not just this. This year I’m offering ‘pay what you can afford’ options, payment plans, and fully-funded free spaces.

    My intent is to offer the most flexibility and accessibility I can afford to.

  • This is a payment option where you kindly and generously pay more than the actual value of your package. This enables me to offer fully- or partially-funded spots to other people.

  • In addition to the live 1:1 coaching sessions and ‘expansion’ workshops, you’ll have access to recordings, a natal chart write-up or ‘energyprint’ report, intuitive voicenotes and downloadable PDFs, replays, audios, tools and practices.

    I share in detail about this above.

  • With your permission and confidence, I can weave-in other systems like Human Design, or Gene Keys.

    Or I may introduce archetypal language through story and myth.

    Or we may work with the intelligence of colour from the Aura Soma system, or crystal codes, or the traditions of Tarot and oracles.

    And where appropriate, I can share practices of rest and Yoga Nidra to deepen your experience.

    Though this is an extensive list, it’s not there to overwhelm or impress. It’s there to reassure you that I’m not tied to one system, and by activating in these ways you can expansively understand your fullest self and live in alignment.

    I know this because I’ve done it, and I continue to do so.

  • The application form demonstrates your interest and intent, you’re not beholden to anything.

    Once we’ve worked out our exchange, there will be an upfront deposit which secures your place and is non-refundable, unless under extreme circumstances.

    Life happens, Where possible, I will honour refunds upon a fair discussion and reasoning.
